Sirisa Saengchai is a globally certified executive coach, mentor, and leadership development specialist with over 25 years of experience across Asia and Europe. Known professionally as CoachSirisa, she brings together Eastern wisdom, modern psychology, and human-centered coaching to empower leaders, teams, and organizations toward sustainable growth.
Fluent in both strategy and soul, Sirisa blends her background in international business leadership with deep expertise in coaching, learning experience design, and inner transformation practices. She is the founder of the METTA Coaching Model, an integrative approach that fosters mindful, emotionally intelligent, and inclusive leadership.
Currently based in Bangkok, she works with global organizations, leadership teams, and professionals in transition across diverse cultures and industries.
