METTA Coaching Model
METTA Coaching Model as a coaching process for supporting managers in attaining inner peace and consciousness as an essential element of their executive decisions and strategic plans for team and organisation management efficiency.

Coaching methodology
A coaching methodology is a collection of procedures, approaches, and methods used to assist coachees in gaining new abilities and accomplishing objectives. Building trust between a coach and coachee, encouraging drive for learning and development, and encouraging open communication are all key components of effective coaching techniques.

Questionaire for the research
Step1.- The research questionnaire consists of two sections: an assessment of your self-control and a question about your current management style.
Step2.- Following completing the questionnaires, participants are welcome to receive one executive coaching session, lasting between forty and sixty minutes.

After these three procedures, your personal SCS assessment results will be sent to your email within ten days.
